Grub Street has it on good authority that Joël Robuchon is involved in Steve Hanson’s (BR Guest) Kibo restaurant, to open in the Japonais space this October. This would essentially make the elite Robuchon an uncle to the pedestrian Ruby Foo’s. Which would be interesting. No comment from the Kibo folk.
