Today, at South Street Seaport, the future was unveiled. The future of how we'll snack, anyway; and really, what else matters? The National Automatic Merchandising Association showed off a dozen contraptions that do all kinds of high-tech things your office clunker probably doesn't: give you nutrition information, accept credit cards, make cotton candy, and offer gluten-free and even Kosher products.
