The progressive Vermont ice-creamery has set up a stand in the center of Zuccotti Park and is supplying the occupiers with a much-needed sugar buzz. Ben and Jerry themselves are running the stand, scooping cookie dough by the pound. The line is stretching across the park and the liberal businessmen are handing out laminated menus. "I'm pretty excited," said John Bergen, 19, waiting in line. The crowding in the center of the square has already sparked at least one tussle, between a Free Press reporter, Rafael Martinez, and an occupier, who had to be separated by a passerby after a loud altercation in Spanish.
