We'll leave the "dog-eared page" jokes to you.

Yes, there have been dog cookbooks before, and plenty of chefs offer dog-friendly food, but we haven't seen anything quite like this: On October 25, BowTie press will release The Culinary Canine, a cookbook featuring recipes from actual chefs — including Kerry Heffernan of South Gate and Marc Penvenne of Méli Mélo in Connecticut — intended for your four-legged friend. (You'll still have to do the cooking part, though.) It's just the thing for dogs who may be tired of their dog food — no matter how hard Purina's ads are trying these days.
