To kick off his visiting chef series, chef Anthony Goncalves has invited his Meatopia bestie Marco Canora to co-host a “Pork and Pasta” dinner down the road at 42 in Westchester on December 1. The real star of the show is the Iberico Fresco pork, which, according to Canora, is “the most exciting pork discovery of the last five years.” For advanced meat eaters, the event sounds well worth the Zip Car.
