Good News for All Those Bartenders Wearing Hairnets

Let it all hang out, friends.

The DOH has amended a couple of codes to make food-safety regulations easier to comply with, says Diner’s Journal. The first regulation to go? Bartenders can lose the hairnets, which is an excellent turn of events because, you know, hot bartenders usually have great hair, and no one knew that stupid rule existed in the first place. Restaurant-friendly tweaks revolving around takeout food and prep areas are expected to be made, too. An update is certainly overdo, but is the DOH focusing on the right changes?
