Mulberry Street might have just a couple of hot eats on the block, but that doesn’t diminish the collective joy over La Churreria, a new bakery specializing in churros starting at three bucks, which is opening this week. The churros, both sweet and savory, will be packaged in paper cones to go or on plates for a quick countertop bite.
