Cocktailians, it’s time to add another serious drinks event to your travel schedule (not to mention the ensuing week of detoxing): Robert Simonson writes on his blog that Milk & Honey’s Sasha Petraske is planning the first San Antonio Cocktail Conference for January 26-29. It seems the barkeep fell in love with the city on a visit, and he’s organized the three-day event to benefit charity. Naturally, many of his boldface behind-the-bar comrades will be leading workshops on everything from perfect ice to (yes) yoga for bartenders and drinkers. Lots of liver-cleansing poses, we presume?
