We all know that Greek yogurt is kinda like everything worth living for. It’s healthy, delicious, a great at-home facial ingredient (try it!), and oh yes, it’s done magic for New York’s economy. Two of the most recognizable brands, Chobani and Fage, have their production plants upstate and are expanding their operations at a rapid pace, and other yogurt producers can’t churn it out fast enough.
