Tonight at 7 p.m. the Haberdasher shuffles into town with burlesque performances, Chaplin and Fellini films, and cheekily named cocktails on the third floor of 5 Ninth. There's a whole menu of Manhattans, including the Cockeyed Fedora (Cockeyed Fedora Rye, Carpano Antica, Fernet Branca) and the Man Hatin' (coconut-infused bourbon, Dolin Dry, Velvet Falernum, Angostura, lime peel).
