Wolfgang Puck has tapped his own empire again to replace chef Sara Johannes at WP24, following her fairly short stint that Stephan Pyles had gotten us revved up for. John Lechleidner is the lavish Chinese restaurant’s new chef de cuisine, a veteran of Puck’s Vegas properties like Spago, Postrio, and WP American Grille, as well as his L.A. Live-based bar and grill.
