Bloomberg and the Grading System Need to Get a Room

Unlike Seamus Mullen, Gabriel Stulman, and some other chefs, Mayor Bloomberg couldn’t be happier with the city’s restaurant grading system, insisting that it has drastically reduced the cases of salmonella and other public health issues, and upped local restaurant revenue. Plus, New Yorkers are “overwhelmingly” loving it. (Just not any of the New Yorkers written about on Grub Street). [NYT]
