Times Square: Ruby Foo’s is trying to block replacement by its new landlord, Fosterlane Management, at its 1626 Broadway digs. The Kuwaiti Investment Authority bought the 36-story office building that houses Ruby Foo’s last May, and now an April 3rd hearing on a New York Supreme Court request filed this month will decide if Ruby Foo’s can renew their lease there.
