What to Eat at Francesca, With Photos
Based on our walk-by spot-checks, Francesca has been hopping in its first few days. We already showed you chef Ryan Bartlow’s Basque-leaning Spanish menu; as anticipated, many delicious boquerones (marinated anchovies) are involved, as well as lots of seafood in general. Prime Meats’ drink maestro Damon Boelte put together the “cocktail” list, using sherry wines as his spirit, since the spot is beer-and-wine only. We also hear the place has been serving brunch from the get-go — the final menu for that is in the works, but creatures of habit can still get their Frankies egg sandwiches or French toast, along with the regular menu. But enough about that. Food-porn-y shots await you (along with a look at the drink menu), straight ahead.
