Bill Daley of the Tribune has a piece on seven food writers in the Trib’s new book thing, Printers Row. We haven’t actually seen it (it’s subscription only, not online, and quite pricey) so we can’t say what the angle is and why those seven (though the ones we know are certainly worthy, like Chicago’s Thai food expert She Simmers). But you will have a chance to find out today what it’s all about if you follow the Twitter hashtag #prjchat at noon— all seven (plus Daley) will be condensing deep thoughts into 140 characters then.
