If you thought you’d conquered every ramen outpost in NYC, check out Eater’s list of “secret” ramen-yas — most of them pop-ups that come out after dark, since the noodle soup is the perfect après-drinking slurp for the city that never sleeps. The action takes place mostly at midtown sushi restaurants courting double identities, and oddly enough, in Williamsburg/Greenpoint, where even divey No Name Bar is now offering after-hours ramen in its basement.
