Birdbath/City Bakery owner (and Cheap Eats catfish provocateur) Maury Rubin is feeling morose this morning his landlord over at Birdbath at Vesuvio's on Prince Street insists that the famously green exterior will be painted this week. The faded, graffitied, avocado-cum-Kermit color is iconic to Prince Street and replicating that exact shade "feels like long odds."
