Things are looking a bit brighter for chef and television host Cat Cora, who was cited last month for driving under the influence in Santa Barbara after her Chevy Tahoe rear-ended a BMW at low speed. On Sunday, the 44-year-old owner of Kouzzina in Disney World was inducted into the American Culinary Federation’s American Academy of Chefs Hall of Fame, as this year’s Celebrated Chef. As such, she joins the likes of previous inductees Thomas Keller and Charlie Trotter. Cora is the first female to join this particular Hall of Fame. [Earlier]
