Gravy Will Close After Restaurant Week

Flatiron’s 145-seat Gravy, which serves southern comfort food, will close its doors after Restaurant Week, according to its Facebook page. The restaurant opened last spring and replaced opening chef Michael Vignola with current chef and co-owner Reagan Angelle back in April. Since Restaurant Week in New York is invariably extended beyond its allotted seven-day stretch, it’s unclear how long you have left to try those waffles with chicken-liver pâté and black-eyed-pea hummus, so you better get there soon before that last chicken is fried.
