What to Drink at Soaked, the Mondrian Soho’s New Boozy-Juice Bar

The fresh juice craze is getting extra-invigorating as more and more bars add booze (kale essence is greatly improved by gin, the theory not wrongly goes). Enter Soaked, the Mondrian Soho’s new “orchard to bar” drinkery, where pressed juices from Liquiteria and frozen fruit from the Soft Serve Fruit Co. are used to create boozy concoctions including cocktails and popsicles (juices are available virgin as well). The 4,000-square-foot indoor-outdoor concept is open Tuesday through Thursday nights from 6 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. from now till September 3. We suppose this makes that “to your health” toast a little bit more credible; see the menu and a photo of the space below.
