Jay-Z is suing chef Mike Shand, who was hired to run the kitchen at the revamped 40/40 Club, and “failed to perform on significant aspects” of the deal. Jay — who is a culinary reversed-snob — says Shand screwed up the food, alienated customers with a crap menu, and has left them in a chefless state of mind. [NYP]
