The pizza innovation don’t stop: Now San Matteo pizzeria has rolled out a burritolike new offering that sounds pretty irresistible. To make this pizza roll, a thin layer of toasty dough is wrapped, gyro-like, around Parma prosciutto, buffalo mozzarella, cherry tomato, arugula, and finished with olive oil and balsamic, for $15. It’s available at the uptown pizzeria only for now, but who knows — maybe soon it’ll have its own shop. [Related]
