SHO Shaun Hergatt Becomes the Exchange

Last we heard, Shaun Hergatt was taking his SHO on the road, and Setai powers-that-be were "formulating different options" for the restaurant space. Seems they've made some decisions: Eater posts an e-mail announcing the property is now called the Exchange at the Setai Wall Street, with SHO two-year veteran Josh Capone in as executive chef. The "more approachable menu" (ouch?) offers housemade breads and a largely new American lineup with a few Asian-leaning options (sweet chile ribs, porgy in green curry sauce). But we're most concerned about that name what's up with the "exchange" monikers these days? Any more of this, and we'll have to pen another rant. [Eater NY]
