All-Star Fund-raiser at Hearth; Shaun Hergatt’s Next Move

• Marco Canora of Hearth has assembled an all-star team of New York chefs, including April Bloomfield and Carlo Mirarchi of Roberta’s and Blanca, to prepare a five-course meal at his restaurant on Monday, September 17.
