Dorie Greenspan’s Beurre & Sel Opening Next Week in Essex Street Market and La Marqueta

If you started salivating last month when the Underground Gourmet brought word of Dorie Greenspan’s cookie-retail locations, head over to Essex Street Market or La Marqueta, where the pastry chef’s stalls debuts September 18.* Beurre & Sel, as the operations are known, incorporate large quantities of two of Greenspan’s favorite ingredients: butter and salt. There’s sablé (pictured), a salty French shortbread, self-explanatory “Jammers,” a rosemary-Parmesan flavor, and more; full lineup below.
