Indigo Rose: The Tomato That Fights Free Radicals

Good news for those who want their tomatoes to stop resting on their lycopene laurels and start acting more like blueberries. A striking new purple variety called Indigo Rose developed at Oregon State University contains significantly high amounts of the antioxidant anthocyanin. So how do they taste?
