Last week, New York’s pooches learned that Rachael Ray would roll out a food truck just for them, and now here’s a glimpse of the canine canteen. The four-wheeled eatery kicks off a three-day tour in Columbus Circle on Thursday to celebrate the launch of Ray’s wet dog food line, with dishes like “Chicken Muttballs & Pasta,” for dogs who don’t quite cut it for dinner at the Plaza.
