The dynamic duo of Damon Boelte of Prime Meats and Amor y Amargo’s Aaron Polsky — who shake spirits under the name Cripple Creek — will serve a progression of “8 or 9” cocktails on Sunday and Monday night in the Lit Lounge basement.
