This commercial for Galaxy chocolate bars may make you cry, but not in a good way. Estate-approved CGI Audrey Hepburn is dreamy and flummoxed on a municipal bus that’s been winding its way around the Amalfi coast with ease but just can’t seem to steer around a vendor’s overturned fruit cart. (Damn you, fruit vendors.) Luckily, Audrey has chocolate in her handbag to carry her over, and oh, look, there’s a man in a swanky car who wants to give her a ride — cue “Moon River” and product placement. “Our mother often spoke about her love of chocolate and how it lifted her spirit,” Hepburn’s sons wrote in an e-mail, “so we’re sure she would have been proud of her role as the face of GALAXY®.”
