David Burke Hosts a Wine-Pairing Dinner; Birch Coffee Expands

• On February 26, David Burke will host California’s L’Aventure for a four-course wine-pairing dinner at David Burke Townhouse. The menu includes strip loin of beef, porcini, fingerling potatoes, and a grenache reduction, with a selection of 2010 L’Aventure Côte á Côte.
