CBS This Morning profiled Ramsay as he prepared to open three new restaurants within nine months in Las Vegas, and shockingly, Gayle King & Co. found him "charming and unfailingly polite." Ramsay, who once said Vegas is "easy money, wrong people," is now invading the city "with a bang." Just what Vegas needs, another bang! He says he was "secretly happy that the industry got a kick of the ass" during the credit crunch of 2009 (which led him to file for bankruptcy) because it "wiped the arrogance off the industry." If only.
