It won’t just be “mixologist-magicians” and revivalist food-art happenings at next month’s Frieze Art Fair on Randall’s Island. Organizers have expanded last year’s concessions and 2013’s ambitious roster includes Frankie’s Spuntino, which will operate a full-service restaurant. Sister restaurant Prime Meats will serve sausages and burgers at a picnic area; Marlow & Sons will serve wine and food in the VIP room; Mission Chinese will bring the Kung Pao pastrami; Sant Ambroeus will serve snacks and gelato; Blue Bottle will make latte art. Other vendors include locavore specialists Fat Radish, Court Street Grocers, and Roberta’s, which will once again bring beer and pizza for the crowds. [Official Site, Earlier, Related]
