As the weather warmed up this week, celebrity burnouts were letting off steam. Dennis Rodman and Lindsay Lohan hit clubs, with one of them actually intending to hit a person. Respected stars like Tina Fey and Claire Danes had more civilized (albeit more boring) meals elsewhere around town.
