Eater NY reports that the two-and-a-half-year-old modern-Italian restaurant Ciano has closed on East 22nd Street. Reps from the restaurant indicate they’re just moving to the Upper East Side later this year, but sadly not with Bouley and Cru chef-owner Shea Gallante, who is rumored to have left the kitchen at the Flatiron restaurant about a month ago.
