Fork in the Road reports the interesting news that Yuji Haraguchi will extend his series of innovative ramen omakase dinners at Whole Foods Bowery through the end of August. Basically, what we’ve got here is the noodle equivalent of Celine Dion adding more shows at Caesars Palace Las Vegas, and we mean that in the best possible way. This means you’ll have many more chances to try “ramen ravioli” before Haraguchi opens his brick-and-mortar restaurant in Williamsburg later this year. Last month, Zagat reported the new spot will be called Okonomi. The next batch of tickets for the held-over Whole Foods engagement will go on sale soon. [Fork in the Road/VV, Zagat, Earlier]
