This week, most celebrities headed out West for the Sundance Film Festival, but a few brave souls stuck around to endure New York’s blizzard. Michael Bloomberg “boozed” up for the storm at Serafina, while Meg Ryan joined the legions of actors who’ve visited Upland this month, and Chris Rock enjoyed pasta for one at Ora di Pasta in the Plaza.
