Chef’s Table debuts on Netflix on Sunday, April 26, and from the previews, it looks to be a pretty spectacular program. In filmmaker Brian McGuinn’s new Op-Doc video, Ben Shewry — the chef at critically acclaimed Attica in Melbourne — discusses ecofriendly fishing practices. “Most of the fish being taken are juvenile, because the juveniles are closer to the surface and easier to catch,” he says. Shewry ended up totally revamping his menu, and turning his attention to mussels and ethical, sustainable fish. Watch him explain the challenge:
